Claims relating to damaged, missing, incorrect, tampered, or defective products must be reported within the specified time period and supported by valid evidence, including an uninterrupted unboxing video where required.

Failure to provide sufficient supporting evidence may result in claim rejection.

Any replacement, store credit, compensation, refund, goodwill adjustment, or special resolution offered by Unlimited Fashion Store shall be entirely at the company's discretion and shall not be considered an admission of fault or liability.

Unlimited Fashion Store shall not be liable for losses arising from:

• Courier delays or courier operational issues.
• Customer refusal of delivery.
• Customer unavailability during delivery.
• Events beyond our reasonable control.
• Misuse, mishandling, alteration, or improper use of products after delivery.

The maximum liability of Unlimited Fashion Store, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the affected order.

All disputes shall be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
