At Unlimited Fashion Store, we ensure that every product goes through strict quality checks and secure packaging before dispatch.
👉 Please note that we follow a Strictly No Return, No Exchange, and No Refund Policy on all purchases.
Once an order is placed and delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. We request our customers to carefully review the product details (size, color, and description) before placing an order.
Damages & Issues
If you receive a product that is:
Damaged inside the package, or
Incorrect (different item than what you ordered)
you must share an unboxing video (starting from the unopened package, without cuts/edits) within 24 hours of delivery.
Complaints without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.
Once verified, our team will provide a suitable resolution (replacement or store credit, depending on stock availability).
Non-Returnable Items
All products sold on our website are non-returnable and non-refundable.
We do not accept returns for size issues, personal preference, or any reason other than verified damage with unboxing video proof.
Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
Refunds
Refunds are not applicable under our policy. In rare cases of approved damage claims with valid unboxing proof, we may provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
