RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Unlimited Fashion Store, every product undergoes quality inspection and secure packaging before dispatch to ensure that customers receive products in good condition.
PLEASE READ THIS POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER.
By placing an order on UnlimitedFashionStore.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
• All sales are final.
• We follow a STRICT NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGE, AND NO REFUND POLICY.
• Once an order has been placed and delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded except under the limited circumstances described below.
NO RETURN / NO EXCHANGE / NO REFUND
Returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds will NOT be accepted for:
• Incorrect size selection by the customer.
• Change of mind after placing the order.
• Personal preference regarding color, fabric, design, fitting, or material.
• Minor color variations caused by photography, lighting conditions, or screen display settings.
• Delay caused by courier companies.
• Refusal to accept delivery.
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
• Customer unavailability during delivery attempts.
• Products purchased during sales, promotions, clearance events, or special offers.
Customers are requested to carefully review all product details, measurements, descriptions, and images before placing an order.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCT CLAIMS
The only exception to our No Return / No Refund Policy is when:
• The customer receives a damaged product inside the package.
• The customer receives a completely incorrect product different from the item ordered.
To raise a claim:
• A continuous and uninterrupted unboxing video must be recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened.
• The video must clearly show the shipping label, outer package, and product received.
• Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
• Complaints submitted after 24 hours will not be accepted.
• Edited, cut, incomplete, or unclear videos will not be accepted.
• Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will be automatically rejected.
Unlimited Fashion Store reserves the sole right to verify and determine the validity of any claim.
RESOLUTION OF APPROVED CLAIMS
If a claim is verified and approved:
• A replacement product may be provided, subject to stock availability.
• If a replacement is unavailable, store credit may be issued.
• Monetary refunds are generally not provided.
SHIPPING AND COURIER RELATED ISSUES
• Delivery timelines displayed by courier companies are estimated and not guaranteed.
• Unlimited Fashion Store is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners after dispatch.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Orders returned due to incorrect address, customer refusal, customer unavailability, or failed delivery attempts may require additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for:
• Providing accurate contact details and shipping address.
• Reviewing product descriptions and size information before purchase.
• Tracking their shipment using the tracking details provided.
• Inspecting the package immediately upon delivery.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Unlimited Fashion Store's maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the purchase value of the affected product.
Unlimited Fashion Store shall not be liable for indirect losses, courier delays, service interruptions, customer errors, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
CUSTOMER CONDUCT POLICY
We are committed to providing professional customer support.
Abusive, threatening, offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate language directed toward our staff will not be tolerated.
Unlimited Fashion Store reserves the right to refuse service, discontinue communication, or reject unreasonable requests in cases of abusive behaviour.
