We are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read the following shipping terms carefully before placing an order.

• Orders are normally processed within 1-2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
• During sales, festivals, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

  1. DELIVERY COVERAGE

• We currently ship across India.
• Delivery availability depends on the serviceability of the customer's location by our courier partners.

  1. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

• Most orders are delivered within 3-10 business days depending on location.
• Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
• Delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, transportation disruptions, government restrictions, courier operational issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  1. COURIER RESPONSIBILITY

• Once an order has been dispatched and tracking details have been provided, the shipment is handled by the respective courier partner.
• Unlimited Fashion Store is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies after dispatch.
• We will assist customers in coordinating with the courier partner whenever possible.

  1. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

• Customers must provide accurate shipping address and contact information.
• Orders returned due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, refusal of delivery, or unreachable phone number may be subject to additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.

  1. DAMAGED, MISSING OR INCORRECT ITEMS

• Customers must report damaged, missing, or incorrect products within 48 hours of delivery.
• A continuous unboxing video from the unopened package stage is mandatory for investigation of damage, missing item, or wrong product claims.
• Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement, refund, or compensation.

  1. CUSTOMER CONDUCT

• We are committed to providing professional customer support.
• Abusive, threatening, offensive, or inappropriate language towards our support staff will not be tolerated.
• Unlimited Fashion Store reserves the right to discontinue communication and refuse service in cases of abusive behaviour.

Unlimited Fashion Store's maximum liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the affected order. We shall not be liable for indirect losses, courier delays, service interruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

   10 .SHIPPING CHARGES

• Shipping charges are applied as a flat rate per order and are not based solely on the number of products purchased.

• Shipping charges may remain the same whether a customer purchases a single item or multiple items in one order.

• Shipping charges are determined based on various factors including courier rates, fuel surcharges, operational costs, delivery location, package dimensions, volumetric weight, and prevailing market conditions.

• Unlimited Fashion Store reserves the right to revise shipping charges at any time without prior notice based on changes in courier partner pricing, fuel costs, government regulations, or other operational expenses.

• Shipping charges paid at the time of order confirmation are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
